We’re looking at the B1G today vs the big of 2010. It’s not comparable.
4 former PAC-12 teams added. One was in the national championship game 2 years ago, the other two are playoff caliber squads. The remaining B1G is competitive and the head-to-head records just points to the leveling in talent among conferences.
A school like Northwestern appears to be in a better place today than 10 years ago. Same for Vanderbilt or Mizzou or Illinois. You can list teams all day. ASU, SMU, Miami, Virginia, Georgia Tech, Syracuse.
Is Dabo/Clemson dogshit or does the ACC boast more parity? I’d argue that’s similar for conferences across the board.
