I’m not upset. I expected this. You guys can ride TJ’s duck if you want, but it was obvious that Penn St. was going to sell out on the run and make Nebraska win through the air. 187 yards on 37 attempts isn’t good nor is it going to get it done. They were not afraid of anything downfield.
wait guys i figured it out.

they were saving the playbook for Cockeye!!!!! Gonna come out and air raid Cockeye and score 50 points. That must be it.

If we hired Dana Holgerson and spent no money on offense these same dipshits would be complaining endlessly about hiring an elite coordinator and having a five star QB while refusing to spend money on offensive talent.
I think the guys that they did get worked out pretty well. For whatever reason they weren't able to get a top DT or another RB for example.

So they took a gamble at DT with Jeudy, RVP, and couple of developmental transfers and that didn't end up working out as well as RB luckily EJ is workhorse and was able to be the guy all year with little to no help from the backups.

In hindsight they should have kept Seagren or found another OT in the portal too.

EJ is covering up a ton of flaws this season. Assuming he goes pro we need some dudes or next year's going to be really disappointing.

Why does it seem like everything Nebraska does always fails.
Like what else is there for this program to do?

We are the softest fan base and it leaks into our program from the top to the bottom. We severely lack the killer instinct.
