Week 3 v Houston Christian: Depth Chart, Game Notes, etc

I haven’t watched UNC. Is he only playing on special teams units or something?

He's a backup at LB there according to a depth chart I saw. Went to Missouri thought he was going to start, their starter from last year was granted a waiver and came back for another year. Transferred to UNC and now he is a backup there too. Would be starting at NU this year probably or at least significant snaps.

Probably a blessing in disguise for NU that they didn't sink money in a guy who turned out to not be good enough to start for basically anyone else

True, but I guess my point was he left a stable position starting for NU to chase a bag or whatever reason at Mizzou that didn't work out and now he is at whatever is going on at UNC probably getting less money and playing time.

Definitely not a talent issue. I think it's Donnie and Rhule's way of telling him he needs to get his shit together before he gets more snaps. Hopefully he can work his way through it but it sounds like he has some of the same issues as Mazzccua had last year.

been wondering this too, and i gotta think its the coaches trust.
Corcoran by all accounts understands what is asked of the LT in the offense and Rhules program, and is a hard worker. Regardless of how much better of a blocker Pritchett can be, they dont seem to trust him on the other stuff at all. Cant have that protecting your multi-million dollar QB

Corcoran definitely understands what is asked of the LT. Can’t physically do any of it, but definitely understands it.

Funny enough Houston Christian's basketball coach went to Morningside in Sioux City. He won a 2 NJCAA national championships, an NAIA national championship at Emporia St, and then jumped to Houston Christian.

Last year they played Pickle Smoochers, Texas, Texas A&M and got waxed in all, a combined 245-147. But pretty cool that a M'side Alum is now a D1 coach.

This does nothing for info from a football standpoint...

I’d rather have the head case that can block over the LT who’s graded a zero multiple times blocking for my multi million dollar QB tbh
