The guy, or one of the guys, who runs Kros Strain is on RSS.
He said this Cornhusker Crusher (which is sold as Cabana Crusher outside the state) is replacing the 1890 Cornhead beer.
Said this new beer will not have an 1890 tie in, but will go directly to the university. I was unclear if he meant the univeristy will profit off it like it does all concession sales, or if the Cornhusker Crusher specicially has a higher percentage of sales that will go to the AD.

He was on 1620 a bit ago and made it sound like all proceeds go directly to the athletes.

Would think Hyvee or Bill's would have it shortly.
Fun Fact: Bill used to be my landlord back in the day. Super nice guy used to have restaurants before and would invite us over for homemade meals. Made us a huge batch of homemade chili one time good stuff especially for poor college kids. I don't think it is there anymore but his house used to be right next to Bills Liquor.

You're correct they bulldozed it down a few years back, but I know exactly which one you're talking about

Wondertwins is the goated Nebraska IPA.

Fairy nectar close second
Kross Strain made a 5 year anniversary beer several years ago. Something like juice theory or something like that. Triple Juicy IPA. Fully leaded at like 10.6 or something. Fuck it was good.

Kross Strain and Corn Coast are my favorites.

Can never go wearing with a good ole toppling Goliath King Sue though.

Citrus wheat ale is a nasty choice but that can kicks ass

Love craft beers. Love citrus fruits. Hate citrus in my beer. Some people love it I guess, but I’ve never really found a citrus brew I really liked.

That being said, I’ll gut one of them bad boys just so I know for sure I hate it. Probably save the can too.

There was a beer they had slimpy called "Kross Strain" that I had that I really liked. I think it was somewhere in Omaha. I haven't seen it since. If a place has a Kross Strain beer it's always Fairy Nectar, which is not my fave as I don't care for IPAs.

A citrus wheat ale is a great pick for the women who want to go crazy and have a beer at the game.
