I'd probably counter with Gottula starting 9 games at LT, played in 11 total as a redshirt freshman, dealing with his own injury. I'll be happy to see the competition and who comes out on top. At least we have some options. Knaak's going to be a valuable guy being able to play at both guard positions and RT.Yes, they said Luto now seems to be set at LG.
I'm not sure GG will take over. I think Rhule thinks pretty highly of Knaak as well, and Knaak (per his roster page) "played in eight games in 2024, despite dealing with an injury". He outweighs Gottula by 25 pounds and is a year older.
I can see your point, especially if Pritchett was definitely coming back for his senior year. But a number of people are projecting him to go high in the draft. Knaak at RT would allow him to play there two years and allow you to keep GG at LT for 3 years. Gives Knaak a chance to play a year next to Spindler as he develops before having two new guys on the right side on the line next year. But maybe they think GG is a RT from here on out, who knows? But if so, who is LT in 2026?I'd probably counter with Gottula starting 9 games at LT, played in 11 total as a redshirt freshman, dealing with his own injury. Based purely on the amount of resources spent recruiting him, it better be Grant Brix. Staff invested too much into that kid for him to end up a rotational player or lineup at guard.I can see your point, especially if Pritchett was definitely coming back for his senior year. To me, Ryan Day always looks like a corpse the mortuary put too much makeup on.Hands off, asshole.
Sounds like ol' Corn has been holding out on nuggs and keepin' them to hisself.Secondly, I think its awesome if Ceyair Wright is an All Big Ten second team selection because I've heard he is a distant second behind Andrew Marshall. If Marshall is truly an Elite top 100 NFL cover corner like I've heard, then Nebraska's defense is going to be damn good with Ceyair Wright covering each teams number 2. Every team in America can absolutely dicate the way they play defense if the top 2 covers can cover the top 2 receivers man to man.
Sup?
