Jesus Christ - I’m not defending what Pelosi did at what she and many other congressmen did was wrong. The STOCK Act has no teeth.

But “whataboutism” is a key defense for nearly everything Trump does and it’s intellectually dishonest.

The answer is obviously ban individual securities trading by members of Congress. It's a pervasive problem, regardless of political affiliation, and insane that isn't a rule yet.

Beyond that, this is all partisan slapdick. No one here lionizes Pelosi and going to the "but but but, what about the Democrats" whataboutism over every issue is gd tired.
