Gotta be. I'd lean McCollum. Sounds like Devries has more NIL demands. McCollum is VERY adamant about bringing in certain guys for his system regardless of recruiting rankings, so would be able to operate with less NIL. Only question would be is Cockeye willing to take that chance of it working in the B1G.
