Pretty sure they started not calling it in the NBA. In that play the kid went out of his ordinary shooting motion to lean into the player. The defender was out of his normal upward motion. Bad call

If the basket was at the scorers table then it’s a normal shooting motion, the issue is they kept the hoop where it normally should be so if anything that is an offensive foul. The dude damn near traveled trying to side step over to initiate contact
