System of the Downs could be shortened to SOTD. I already know I'm going straight to Hell so don't judge but this GIF always made me chuckle. And before the PC Police come after me note that I have 3 Special Needs Niece/Nephews that I help take care of at times when my brother & his wife need a sanity break from them. I can totally see my niece saying this, and wearing the outfit. 16 and her current favorite fashion trend is dressing in Unicorn Outfits/clothing.

We will be limiting our staff to HofDG + 10 Assistants + 1 Head of S&C. Some of you are going to make it hard to stick to the limits, but Rhules are Rhules. And we will have to get creative on our Analysts staff. We have some Rutledge's out there that I am confident can get us slapped on the wrist for some on-field presence. And I, for one, am OK with that.

FUCK that's good. If you didn't start so negative, you'd be a shoe-in for the staff. I'll see what positions we have available, and then whether or not those openings match your skillset.

@lee_carvallo_12 volunteering just saved us a HUGE amount. Very kind of him - probably cuz he's loaded as fuck anyways. He is our equivalent of a big time Head Coach taking a 35K/year salary in Saban's rehab. I am confident he will receive a huge pay day shortly down the road.

The rest of our assistant pool is up to 7Mil. We aren't interested in hiring celebrities. We are going after a hard working, committed, principled, crew of EXPERTS first and foremost.

Our analysis of Down Getting will not only be trailblazing, but unrivaled for years to come.

As a former professional semi-truck driver ... or was it a semi-professional truck driver??? ... IDK, nobody died ... y'all are focused on the "front office" operations staff needed to GTFD's, and completely forgetting about the logistics and support operations involved in achieving DOWNs with any level of consistency. In the same manner that an army marches on it's stomach, so too must we consider what's needed to deliver the DOWNs.

SOMEBODY has to add the DOWNY to the laundry to keep our boys smelling fresh for the game, and it takes a team of dedicated professionals ... mixed in with some amateurs ... to transport the team and support personnel to the hut hut coliseums where our brave Scarlett and Cream cloaked GladHeAteHers will compete for gridiron glory.

HCMKR needs to fly DOWN to AZ to get cozy with a 'croot? Our lads are heading DOWN to a bowl game in FL to whip some SEC ass? Somebody needs to buckle DOWN and get this shit done! It's high time to DOWNshift and pull this team over the hump to glory!

Please consider adding a VP of GTFD's Logistics and Support Operations to your burgeoning staff. I'd be totally DOWN with the role, but I don't bother answering the phone if the comp plan sucks out loud.
