With the way some of these contracts are escalating I can see smaller budgeted schools like KU, Cockeye St, Kansas St..... trying to put in large Buy Out Clauses so they get rewarded for successful coaches they take a chance on that are successful that are poached by the deeper pocketed schools or NFL. They will get tired of hiring someone only to have them leave.
