Really wish I could read the MSU Board, gotta be some seriously pissed off Posters. Oklahoma and Tex A&M Boards also got to be an entertaining read. It's nice to finally be back to a level where we aren't the Butt of the Football Jokes.

That huge $95 million Contract for MSU Coach Tucker looking pretty bad now

It looked ridiculous when they announced the contract. That's still a head scratcher to me with such a limited sample size.
He leveraged his success well. Other teams were trying to hire him like LSU. I think most people had doubts, but MSU was in a tough spot.
Personally I'd had let him walk if I was the AD. But you're right, the AD was in a tough spot optically.
I thought it was a fluke too. The years was the big problem to me; not the 9.5 million.
@Black Dean can you tell us what the MSU boards are saying?

MSU was in a tough spot with all their racism issues going on. The admin and boosters overreacted with Tucker.
As for the contract, school isn't paying a dime besides the base state contract. MSU has a "super booster" that covered it.
Totally agree...it would be like promoting an Interim HC with no HC experience to full time HC at a historically blue blood program.
