Probably because they didn't want to deal with Frost's BFF Gerrod who was an embarrassment. ABM was a joke when it first started. Slowly it has gotten better but still not at the level the student athletes and programs deserve. Gerrod was handed the keys to the NIL Kingdom and just isn't the right person to be running it. Dean still thinks it is amazing, but then again many suspect he's getting something out of his pimping of ABM

BTW everything I've heard about Gerold has been pretty consistent --consistently unprofessional or borderline shady. If he pulled that shit on me if I was 7-figure booster, I'd walk.

HCFH seems a bit more refined than the unnamed leader of our football program.
