With as many tight ends we have on the roster and already committed, we can’t take and get them all. Not really surprised by this news. It becomes a numbers game both for us and the kid.

Would be nice, not sure we are quite there yet. I think we were holding him at arms length waiting on Loftin, but we can't miss on Chase now.

If the staff nabs Jones (weird recruitment IMO) and Loftin, they will have reeled in 7 of the top 8 players in the state, with the only outlier being Zebert due to us taking a commitment from Bear Tenney. If they don't land either of those guys, this one will be a tough pill to swallow.
