- It trips me out that some fans seem to really be worried about Florida. Why?
- Florida may be talented, but they aren't OSU talented, or UGA talented, and if we can't curb stomp them, then we shouldn't be talking playoffs or SEC championship.
- Florida has very talented starters, but they don't have the depth of Texas
- I donāt think any SEC team can keep up with Texas once Arch calms down.
- Florida looked much better at home against *checks notes* Long Island than we did on the road against Ohio State, you see.

Cincinnati
- Revised Season Expectations
- At the start of this season, the expectations for the Bearcats were to get 6 wins and make a bowl game.
- After huge wins over Kansas and ISU, in conjunction with the upcoming schedule, I believe our season expectations should be revised to competing for a Big 12 championship. (Either make the Big 12 championship game or finish in the top 3/4)
- Had us 6-6 with losses to Kansas and Cockeye State, so I guess Iāll change my prediction to 8-4.
- Seriously moving the goalposts?!? Just celebrate the win, enjoy today!
- Maybe at the end of the year celebrate that the team exceeded your expectations and did well.
- I'm glad that they kept Cockeye State in the Top 25. It seems like the Big 12 is being treated as the #3 football conference by the national media and that pays huge dividends when it comes to conference games. Four ranked Big 12 teams with two more (Utah, UC) knocking on the door.

- I've always liked Ruhle, afraid he's going to turn it around in Nebraska. He's definitely in the mix I think if Big Game James ever moves on.
- Rhule is 2-23 vs top 25 teams and he has won 0 games vs top ten teams in his career. He seems like a good guy, but his success has been taking cellar teams and making them competitive. He has yet to take a team and make them conference champs or sniff the playoffs. For all the reasons people want to see Franklin go, those are the same reasons people should not want to see Rhule hired.

- NEBRASKA GAME THREAD
- Maybe I'm dumb, but I feel like this game is a toss up.
- I think we lose by a TD. Defensive struggles continue. Weāre going to make Nebraska look like they have a competent offense and give their fans hope.
- If you want to know why Nebraska is a double digit favorites itās because everything Nebraska does well is countered poorly by Michigan State.
- Good news for us is that Nebraska is incapable of winning one-score games.
- Supposed to be 20-30 MPH winds though and their rush defense is poor. The weather could really benefit us.
- I mean, it's Cincy in Game 1. I don't think Chiles is throwing for 345 or anything, but I am fairly confident he has more than 65 yards passing.

- this is Nebraska, not OSU or Oregon. They've played in 1 bowl game over the last 10 years despite being in the B1G West and managed to lose to one of our worst teams in the middle of the Mel Tugger scandal.

Maryland
- Thoughts and Predictions on Nebraska
- Nebraska is currently a 5.5 road favorite (depending on where and when you look)
- This is Nebraska's first road game of the season, making them the last BIG10 team to travel away in 2025.
- The Huskers are especially strong at special teams, where they rank 13th nationally in yards per return.
- To be honest, I don't know much about this Nebraska team, outside of what I've seen from Dylan Raiola, who looks great.
- Had we held on to actually beat Washington, I would say this game would've been a win, but after that disaster, I'm not so sure anymore.
- Nebraska is a middle of the road team we "should" be able to beat at home, but right now I don't feel strongly they'll win it. It's definitely "winnable"
- Yeah, Locksley lost the locker room after last week, this has potential blowout loss written all over it.
- They need to pressure raiola. He's terrible on the run.
- Nebraska covers easy money
- It'll be back to back L's unfortunately. Matt Rhule is a better coach than Locks and it'll make the difference late in the game
- This could be a great, lower scoring game. I like Nebraska to win but I think they struggle to cover the spread.
