Pederson's was bad, Kraft's probably looks worse because the details aren't confined to a few team-specific message boards, but are playing out in front of the whole world on social media. If we were getting regular leaks like this during 2004, Pedey would probably look worse.

Ultimately depends on what results PSU's next coach gets, IMO.

To add to this, Franklin's recruiting will directly intefere with Penn State going forward.

I was imagining if Solich ended up taking most of his 2003 staff and ending up somewhere still in our region where his recruiting pull would potentially hurt us. Imagine if he went to Cockeye State, KU, or Illinois or something and managed to show that he and his staff could have success. The spectre of his tenure here would be that much more potent, and people would be carefully watching his games and comparing that to what Callahan was doing.

If Kraft pulls a rabbit out of his hat that somehow appeases some people, I'll place Pedersen's debacle at back at No. 1, but we may very well have a new champion as far as an idiot AD napalming their program.

I honestly think you have to consider who could have been the NU coach in 2004 if not for ADSP meddling. If the reports are true that Urban Meyer wanted the job but ADSP wanted to be involved in the hiring of assistant coachecs and that turned Urban off, then Nebraska's fumbling of hiring a coach will never be topped.
