There is no guarantee that Frost or the coaches are using this jet all the time. Maybe Turd or someone else not even associated with the University is using it.

Another interesting thing about that jet, it went to Twentynine Palms at one point and the new Portal WR commit played high school football there.

That's a good question I'm really not sure how that works with the Portal guys. Like I said who knows who's actually using it at one time or another.
But I'm pretty positive Frost and the coaches have used that jet in the past for the new coaches' interviews and to visit recruits.
