I keep seeing a lot of people questioning this line, and that might seem fair, but I was also going back and looking a lot of Nebraska's close losses over the last 7 years, and the Huskers were either dogs or favorites of 7 points or less.

But when was the last time they were a double digit favorite in the Big Ten game?

Oh wow - just looked at the line NU -12.5. I was expecting between 7-9. Go win boys

No idea but I feel like it was probably against Northwestern

I think it was against Northwestern, and I think we lost the game outright. 😳 They had some RB and QB that ran all over us. Was under Pelini, I think. Just going off the top of my head.

This is the correct answer. Nebraska was -10 and lost 28-24. Nebraska hasn’t been a 10 point favorite too many times in the last decade plus.
I remember that game well. Minny came in ranked (barely) and at that time Bo had a long losing streak against ranked teams. I bet the Minnesota money line

Can’t find the line but you’re thinking of 2011 NW was 3-5 and Nebraska was 7-1 so Nebraska was likely a big favorite.

Honestly, I think we were about a 17 pt favorite. But IDK how you find 15 years old betting lines?
