It literally could be he didn't yet upgrade to the $8 montly fee for his blue check, or just didn't want to. IDK how that is playing out on tweeter since Musk took over and if that $8 a month fee is already mandatory, or if not paying it means account suspended/deleted.

Who knows for sure at this juncture. But I do agree that in this day and age, that a HC probably needs a tweeter account of some kind. An assistant coach recruiting also. Just goes with the landscape of recruiting now to at least some extent.

I doubt that $8/month for a blue checkmark thing ever happens. It would be a pretty dumb move to do for Elon, in my opinion.

Up to now, checkmarks are free and are a way to verify that a person is the person they're representing themselves as. Twit king Elon says: pay each month to have a check mark. Actual people say fuck you, and then someone else can pay to verify that they're @Jim14510, because that cheapskate won't pay. What could go wrong with this plan?

My plan is to claim Joe Rogan's handle if he won't, then I'll pay the $8 a month and profit(somehow). However that would work.

Sorry for the sidetrack. I'm still wondering why Mickey's account was deactivated/deleted. I have no ideas. My guess is a clerical error, or a rebranding plan that will blow our collective minds out of the water!

The $8 thing isn't active yet - and it's just for the blue check/verification status, so he'd still be a normal account if that lapsed.

Maybe he's deactivated his account multiple times - could be his go-to move if there's too much outside noise in his mentions. That's my best theory, because I'm 99.9% sure I've looked at it in the past month or so, and seen activity.
