What's your go to Liquor?

I like to classify liquor into everyday sippers and when I’m feeling fancy. I also drink about every liquor under the sun so here we go.

Everyday bourbon: Woodford
Fancy bourbon: Willet

Everyday rye: Michter’s Rye
Fancy Rye: Whistle Pig Rye

Everyday Irish whiskey: Jameson
Fancy Irish Whiskey: Dingle Batch #4

Everyday gin: Barr Hill
Fancy Gin: Dingle Gin

Everyday Scotch: either Laphoraig or JW Green
Fancy Scotch: Lagavulin

I pretty much like most mezcals

Not a big rum or vodka guy

Was always a Crown and coke guy. Switched to bulleit rye during the pandemic layoffs as it was cheaper and great on the rocks to sip on. Now im strictly a beer guy, ice cold high life bottles. So, Crown if I wanna spend a few more bucks, or bulleit rye on occasion

If it's hot outside or I'm at a bar I drink Espolon. Usually soda but I like anejo on the rocks sometimes

For a night in or with company I drink Basil Hayden

Might just be a minnesota thing but Prairie Vodka is solid. After graduating I realized that my sinuses blow up whenever I drink alcohol unless it's organic or additive free tequila (im a bitch)

I only drink it so people can’t smell how drunk I am. Outside on Monday thru Friday, I never touch the stuff..
Yeah vodka is your choice if you want to get fucked up, which honestly at 37 isn’t all that often.

I was at the store the other day, and it has been years since any of the liquor stores outside STL have had any Buffalo Trace bourbons.. BUT, they had Buffalo Trace for $50, Weller for $80, and Blanton’s for $200!
I couldn’t bring myself to buy any after getting all 3 for $27, $30, and $65 respectively in Louisville over the summer.
