Wishful thinking, but I like the sentiment.
I’m sure others will weigh in with specific names but I will try to keep my comments to be broad desires.
- keep the Staff members who are great recruiters, work their arse off, and of paramount importance….. Develop talent!!!! There are a few on this staff that fit that profile. The rest….put them on notice.
- I would advise MJ to read “Differentiated Workforce”. It’s his playbook to hire top talent for his critical roles. OC and DC. If the incumbent isn’t going to cut it in the B1G, go get a proven coordinator and spare no $.
Frost had leadership flaw 101. Surround yourself with people who won’t call you out when you are an idiot. That changed when Turd likely “strongly advised” frost to make some changes this year. We’ve already heard a few of them, MJ being one, went to Turd and said Frost is being an idiot. And now he is gone.
