Our first offensive drives of the game during the early part of the season were generally really good. Then he would move to picking plays out of a hat.

I think the late game goal line pass play against Maryland w Chubba Purdy at QB. One of the worst play calls in the history of football. All levels.

Serious high point: thought the TD to Bonner against Buttgers this year was such a sweet play.

Favorite moment: gotta throw it back to where it all began, a Thursday night in Minneapolis. Nebraska led by Jeff "El Jefe" Sims is starting to lean on the Goofers and build momentum. Trousers are starting to swell as the Big Red finally look like they're about to break a teams will in the second half and then Corch Scat dials up 3 straight pass plays for a quick 3 and out

Seriously, some of the long bombs last year from HH to Lloyd were great.

Non-seriously, have to be constant lack of quick throws to help DR and co to get a few yards.

No kidding. Scat has really threaded the needle with complex long developing routes that also don't get you very far down the field at once

McGuire did a great job getting Lloyd and Malachi ready to contribute last year in both route running and perimeter blocking.

Unlucky for us, McGuire decided to NOT coach Banks and Neyor this year. A much smarter thing for McGuire would have been continuing to coach this year.
