Basketball for sure. Mick Cronin has UCLA really playing good basketball. Baseball will get a nice boost and a nice place for the conference to play those early games.
I think it will help with both basketball and volleyball recruiting. Really I only follow 3 sports closely, football, Men's basketball and volleyball. 1 issue with expanding conference footprints is the cost of travel for the teams that don't generate revenue like women's bowling, rifle team, cross country........... Many of the schools that have more limited athletic budgets may have to chop some of the lesser supported sports. Honestly how many people go watch a cross country match? Or women's bowling?
