I know the prosecutor who does their major traffic cases very well. (DWIs where they kill somebody or hurt somebody, traffic fatalities, etc)

Last body cam I watched was from 3 days ago. Defendant was smoking a cig talking to Deputies and he clearly had fucked up bloody knuckles and was saying how he hadn't seen that kid (former coworker) since the summer.

Defendant did not know we have video from a lake of the Ozarks bar of him taking said kid to the ground and then beating the shit out of his face while he was on top of him.

Would have killed him if not for the bartender/bouncer pulling the defendant off.
