Important to remember as well that when they fly they aren't waiting in a terminal only to be told the terminal for flight has changed to Concourse A so that you have to now run with your carry on you crammed 3 weeks of clothing and gear into to avoid the $50 charge, and you are at gate C currently so panic sets in as your realize you'll have to make it to new gate in under 15 minutes before the boarding stops only to find out that flight has been delayed by an hour. They don't have to be elbowed by some lady trying to steal a spot in front of you as you wait for your zone to be called. They don't have to slowly move forward in the line after zone is called and then wait once in the plane for an 89 year old woman to lift her carryon into the compartment as nobody helps her. They don't get sneezed on by the person breathing down your neck, and they don't get to their seat finally only to discover some guy is sitting in your window spot and says it would be easier to just switch spots. They don't sit on a hot plane that still hasn't taken off for some reason while the half inch of space btwn you and the passengers on each side of you keeps getting violated while the person behind you repeatedly hits the seat. They don't have to unload after 45 minutes of sitting on runway because you're switching plane due to the one you are on having issues with the manifold recovery doo dad. Once all of the above has been repeated minus the mechanical issue, they don't have to put away phones and notice snot on their arm from the sneeze that happened somewhere at sometime unknown. They don't have to sit like a sardine in a tin can while the most exciting thing to happen will be when the flight attendant comes by to ask "what you would like to drink and here's some stale crackers, enjoy" (that was a joke. They would never say enjoy or anything really) They don't have to unload while the folks in rows behind you stand up quickly into the aisle space that is on your row, and when the doors open and everyone starts moving they don't have to be stopped at a standstill while that 89 year old lady struggles to get her bags down.
