I’ll second Unforgiven … Clint Eastwood has some great lines.

If you’re looking for something more old school, The Searchers is pretty classic.

Not sure it’s a traditional western but The Wild Bunch is great too

Some good ones mentioned. I'd add "The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford"

A bit more of a heady drama vs a shootout Western but an excellent film.

Really enjoyed the hateful 8 for a modern Western. Also a lot of Tarantino films are set up like Westerns. Also the ballad of buster scruggs was pretty good.
