Nebraska opened as a 2 point favorite over Indiana. That is now already up to 5.5. We are 1-3 with 3 terrible losses and our 1 win was not impressive. Indiana is 3-1, and while none of their 3 wins were impressive, they were still wins. Their lone loss was a blowout to Cincinnati. ESPN's FPI even gives us a 60% chance of winning the game.

We have a new head coach, a new defensive coordinator, and the same shitty OL and defense. Seems too obvious to load up on Indiana in this game unless there are injuries or something else I am obviously missing.

I’m assuming there are many betters out there outside the B10 footprint that don‘t realize how bad NU is. They look at the name and think Nebraska has some home field advantage.

The only redeeming thing about the Frost era has been making money off of our shitty play.

They would be 2-2 if the W Kentucky coach had a brain. He used his last two timeouts on Indianas 2 point conversion with 47 seconds left. With 20 seconds had the qb down it in the middle of the field so they could kick a 43 yard FG (which he missed of course).

OT had FG blocked. Indiana went backwards 8 yards but made the 50 yard FG.

It was the most baffling sequence I've ever seen.

Having said all that I don't know how anyone bets Nebraska.

Indiana isn't good.

Nebraska has changed a lot. There is a belief this team has some talent (Grant, WRs, Edge, QB, specialist, etc....).

That being said, hard to see us winning this game, let alone by a TD+. Over looks good too at 61.5

I initially was going to go with the over too. My only hesitation with that is Mickey's comments after the OU game about now trying to slow down the game and run the ball more. Indiana averages over like 80 plays a game, so if we can limit that, it will definitely help. But, that would also require our running game to not completely suck ass, which is a big question mark.

Hopefully with two weeks to prepare and with the schemes simplified our talent advantage will get us over da hump
