Or a healthy smoothie. Add liquid, some kind of protein, some mixed fruit, some mixed veggie, and some kind of healthy fat. That's a super smoothie and you're good to do.

Honestly I pretty much don’t drink coffee or anything during the day, just water, probably have a can of soda at lunch. But I typically down 3-4 of my 32 ounce hydro flask
