Website issues update

I just wanted to firstly apologize again for the website issues. I know people are frustrated, and I am too. It’s especially frustrating that this is happing right in the thick of the coaching search. We still have no idea why it’s effecting some people and has been perfectly fine for others.

I also want to give a huge thanks to @alt f4 who has put in a lot of work trying to figure it out.

We did sign up for a new hosting provider with a much better server. I’m hoping we can migrate over to the new one ASAP but @alt f4 probably knows the timeline a lot better than I do.

Please shoot me an email if you feel you need a refund/some free time added/etc. I know it’s frustrating paying for a service that you can’t access.

I’ve had issues, but no refund necessary. Just appreciate a message board that actually has intelligent conversations not your run of the mill “rank your favorite RB” thread over and over.

Sometimes I still get the error message "can't load page", so i use vpn and it works right away.

2 options for using vpn: setting vpn under iphone settings "personal vpn - connected" or a vpn app.

But it would be great if website returns to normal like before so we don't have to use vpn.

Posting from a Bosnian VPN right now. Typically I have to change VPN locations every 2 or 3 page views but this Bosnian one has been working for over 10 consecutive minutes!

Unlike the poors who pay their PB membership monthly or annually, those of us who have made a one-time payment (life-time membership option) I have not had one single issue.

I just had this happen to me as well, really surprised me. No ad/content blockers, SSL certificate is fine. Does your site also on Cloudflare? It happens sometimes here on XF because Cloudflare DNS is down sometimes.

I just had this happen to me as well, really surprised me. No ad/content blockers, SSL certificate is fine. Does your site also on Cloudflare? It happens sometimes here on XF because Cloudflare DNS is down sometimes.

Plesk is the type of hosting service control panel. Fairly common. It's where you log in at your hosting provider and set up databases and sites and such.

For those of you that can't get in, try to access the site in "incognito" mode or private browsing mode and see if it makes any difference.

There's a post in that thread about SSL Certificates. I checked there and there are tons of errors about IP Addresses not being able to connect. I think we may be on to something here
