Not an expert in this field, but I would research what the porn sites use. Able to handle significant amount of traffic and friends tell me they rarely have outages.

My wife slings servers for WPEngine - she works on more of the enterprise side but if you need to set something up with Flywheel who does more of their simple, small stuff. I’m sure she could get someone to call you
