So far today I have consumed:

1. Protein powder + collagen powder w/ water
2. a cup of coffee
3. peanut butter power smoothie with a shot of espresso from Scooters Coffee
4. opti-men multi-vitamin, 2,000 IU Vitamin D, and 1 fish oil capsule

It’s official boys.

Waterboy is officially coming back for his sophomore season and will be heavily involved in spring ball.

Had to “reinterview” and get a run down of the schedule and rules.

He’s been working pretty hard over the off-season. He improved his Keystone Light shotgunning time by .6 seconds and recently repped 13 Busch Lights in one hour. Pissed his bed after that one, but recovered nicely due to his exceptional conditioning. He’s been putting the work in and it makes me damn proud.

Most importantly, he will once again make sure our players are well hydrated with some high quality H2O.

I will try to consolidate spring ball nugs into a weekly post, but understand I could be late and lacking at times because it’s a terribly busy time at my clinic.

Open your throats gentlemen, the kool-aid is about to flow.
