I like watches too, but hard to pull the trigger on too many at the moment give the spike in prices the last few years. I have an Omega Speedmaster that’s my nice watch. I’m a big space nerd and have wanted one since I was a kid, so I bought one right after I made partner at my firm.

I’ll probably bite the bullet and get a Rolex in the next couple years (leaning towards a Sub or potentially the rose gold Yachtmaster). Someday I’d like to get a vintage DayDate from my birth year just as a keepsake, but not sure I’d ever actually rock a full gold watch outside of super special occasions. I’ve also always wanted the Tudor LHD Pelagos, because it’s a quirky watch and fun. That one is relatively cheap so I might grab a nice used one if I get a wild hair.

Once I’ve “made it” and we’re pretty set financially, I think I’ll get a AP Royal Oak or Patek just to stunt.

There are a lot of great watch brands, but my long term plan is more quality over quantity and try to go for pieces that I can keep in the family and pass down eventually to my kids.

In for later. Only have an Apple Watch and an MVMT watch. Looking to buy something in the $400-500 range.

Been looking at original grain. Anyone have any thoughts on those?

I love Omega. I’ve been rocking a replica seamaster for the last few weeks. One day I will buy a real one haha.

Some people hate them but I really like the moonswatch as well.

Garmin and Avigation Big eye by longines. Also a couple vintage seikos.

My likely next two watch purchases:

The never happening in a million years dream:

Really enjoyed this Rolex Daytona last time I was In the boutique, that said they are overpriced for what they are
