I think that whole article is an absolute waste of time. Nobody would've predicted a player like Chambliss to Ole Miss or Mendoza to Indiana a year ago.

There is no way the NY Times/Athletic is onto any deep revelations.

I tried to tell people 2-3 weeks ago when they were jizzing all over Sorsby and Leavitt. There will be other really good options, possibly better, just give it some time. I still think we’ll see more options entering the portal all the way up until it officially opens.

I've seen this before on message boards. There is a subset of people who get really upset for some reason if you call a highlight video "film." They define "film" as video of a complete game and get really irritated by anyone else that doesn't go by that definition.

I can’t believe I’m about to put this in writing, but at this point I’d be happy to be Cockeye. If we had that level of success the money would be flowing in and we’d be looking to elevate to playoff status rather than where we are now.
