I was at that game. Cold, with misty rain. I don't remember that blocked punt play at all, or really any play from the game. Just remember the weather, the final score, seeing one of the people working concessions (at Kansas) decked out in Nebraska gear, and walking down onto the field after the game and meeting Dan Alexander and his brother. His parents were good friends with my aunt and uncle so I introduced myself. No security, just strolled on down.
Honestly, that's one of the more incredible things I've read in some time. Knowing you're going to die ... badly ... and having the wherewithal to realize that film was going to be your "legacy". Simply incredible. RIP Robert Landsburg.

The game was different too
I've watched a bunch of his gun videos. Love that dude. He's just a big kid that loves blowing stuff up. And that gun would have broke a smaller man.
