Always tasted like gritty chicken to me. Had it every Thursday night for 3+ years when I was working in sales & management training for ABF based out of Aberdeen Woods, GA. At the time, it was owned by Pitney Bowes, but the operation was managed by Marriott and they used is as a training place for their executive chefs.

Could be; never tried it. For me it was frogs that tasted like fatty chicken. Gross meat. Will never try any of that again. Beef, chicken or fish or GTFOH.
