I've seen this thing a few times in South Los Anchorage.
The guy has a You Tube channel talking about his truck camper, showing it off, and how much it breaks and is always fixing it. I believe last summer, he did a documentary on it while on a summer trip to the lower 48, it was pretty interesting.
Holding judgement as you don’t see the lead up. Perhaps it was a well deserved sleepy time.
