It raised the assets to 250 bil from 50 bil for the "stress test". Had they been subject to the stress test would anything have changed? Guess I'm taking Frank's opinion over yours.

I don't know that anyone could really say that without looking at their balance sheet. I don't totally remember all of the SIFI regs from my banking class, but you enter into a bunch of ratio requirements as a SIFI that definitely impact operations. You're firing from the hip on this one Jimbo and that's ok.

No. I'm saying the guy that wrote the regulations say it wouldn't have made a difference. I'm also saying in general Dems push regs and blame the republican president that reduced regs regardless if they would have helped.

The train deregulation bullshit was easy to disprove. This is more complicated. Hence why I'm relying on people that know what they're talking about.
