This was actually studied by Ore State U. It allowed us in Washington have have more quota of fish for recreational purposes. It's fantastic knot seeing floating fish everywhere waiting for the birds to peck them to death.
That Goliath would need something hella sturdy with serious weight to get it down to the proper depth. Somehow someone yarded that fish to the surface hella fast.
