I had the privilege of seeing them at the Hubert H Humphrey "Metrodome" back in the late 80's. I think it was during their "The Wall" tour, but I could be mistaken about that. Honestly, the Metrodome turned into the world's largest "clambake" that night. I vaguely remember one of the band members gliding on a cable down to the stage ... on a bed. Pretty wild start. Things got foggy after that.
My whole reason for that story was simply to say that's one of my favorite guitar solos of all time. I never fail to "twist the dial" and enjoy it LOUD (even though those upper registers are now missing from my audiology repertoire). Thanks, R&R + firearms.
