Ok forget the media pass thing lol. As I thought you all would remember, we applied last year and were going to send a different person to each game to try to ask the coaching staff actual questions instead of the softball ones that the media asks.

This might be a dumb idea but I recently joined a slack group - Dad Day. They have a pretty good newsletter as well.

Just a spot for Dads to be Dads. Talk about wins & losses of the week and there are channels for:
- Projects
- Networking
- Lawns
- General Dad Things
- Gear
- Fitness
- Exercise
- Cooking

A lot of us are dads here whether our kids are old or young. Maybe a main forum on here isn’t the right spot for something like that but you could have it be like “Man Cave” or “The Garage” and just be a place for some of the off topic threads to be?

The NSFW statement by North Stadium is a cop-out to not have actual media members ask the coaches difficult questions. They could have easily granted the media pass by simply saying on condition of removal of your NSFW section. I would give it less than 5% chance they grant a pass but would like to be proven wrong.

Im assuming their next and easily excusable retort will be that “there are too many media passes out to accommodate additional passes at this time.” Then you would have to go down a rabbit hole to do a FOIA request to see how many passes they’ve given out from the time you were denied which I'm sure they’ll be at least one.

This is a great idea! fully condone, for whatever my opinion is worth.

Also like the BST idea as well. Great for ticket resale, lawn mowers, used pocket pussies...

Definitely not trying to become Dean in any way. A lot of people have been asking to make the forum private, so they can get on here at work.

I was sort of wondering how you were going to continue allowing that thread/forum without having to succumb to the adult verification laws being pushed through on it. Right now The President and his group are starting with large porn sites as targets, but eventually, it’s gonna work its way down to smaller sites.
