So who's the leader on the team going to keep the new dudes in check? I'm looking for the "THIS is how it's done 'round here" and the PUNISHER when things are done that negatively affect the team...who ya got?

Best I can do is Garrett Nelson. Don't think he's a bad choice either. He's the closest thing to 90's psycho (I know, I know, living in the past) that we have on the team as far as I can tell.
