I figured Frost was smart enough to know he had to move on. Hopefully it was just a case of Frost politely pretending that he wanted AM to stay. But you never know w SF.

That could easily mean Frost's stance was "we'd love to have you come back, we need veteran leadership, we're definitely going to bring in new QBs to battle all offseason, your injury is going to keep you out for most of that battle, thank you for your service, there's a good chance we'll be going another direction at QB, but we'd love to have you back..."

My friends daughters go to KSU and are friends with Adrian's Girlfriend. They were saying for weeks before it was announced that Adrian was transferring to KSU according to his girlfriend. I thought one of our Insiders claimed that Frost wanted Adrian back. It was my understanding that it got heated when Adrian and Frost met to discuss it. Someone on here probably knows if it was Adrian's choice or Frost's for Adrian to move on.

I'm glad he moved on if only because of the whole dynamic of Frost-Adrian-our poor record and who's responsible reached a tipping point, and something needed to be changed. The fact he was still salty about Frost releasing his injury info during the Ohio State broadcast 4 months later tells me there was some serious tension between them. I'm sure from Adrian's perspective, announcing his injury when it was looked like a part of Frost's excuse list for why he should keep his job.
