Agree. This has legit happened to our very own @#HBD 6-8 times. In an eerily similar situation in Indianapolis circa 2004, HBD was initially booked on B&E charges after an early morning arrest in Broadripple. Upon further investigation, he was found to be so intoxicated that he was simple trying to breaking into a store front for warmth and a place to pass out. This was aka the best day of @BIG TONE SOPRANO 's life.
