My priority #1 would be OL - and we need multiple guys. Baylor's Micah Mazzccua and BYU's Clark Barrington would arguably by the two guys I would be going after the hardest.

With the production returning at TE, pulling a TE would be a high priority. Arik Gilbert would be a dream come true. I'd also make a run at West Virginia's Mike O'Laughlin.

Malik Hornsby should still be too priority - not that we need help at QB, but he could be an elite WR. With Palmer out and with both Decoldest and Grimes still being in the portal, we need more help at WR. There aren't a ton of WRs in the portal that I currently really like, but Fleeks doesn't address the need IMO. I'd go pretty hard after JUCO WR Desna Washington.

DT likely needs some help and depth too. Braden Fiske and Levi Bell would be two guys out of the portal that I'd like.

Syracuse's Duce Chestnut (CB) Ja'Had Cater (S) should be two other big priorities too. Tony White's connection should help.

I added the incoming signees which puts us at 91. Some of them might not be in the position they eventually play and I will adjust that as time goes on. But what do we need to focus on now to make '23 better?

A: Is Garrett Nelson returning?
B: The transfers we took were mostly young, should we add a veteran at spots of need? (TE, DT, OT)
C: We will need a bunch of attrition eventually and especially if we add even more dudes as mentioned in point B.
D: Spots that look ready for attrition are QB, RB and DB.

I don't know if there's too many at RB. Maybe 1. QB for sure a couple have to go or change position. DB's are a little heavy. Not sure how they bring Decoldest and/or Grimes back.

Potentially still have the Yutanimal at DT.

I don't know that there's any position in dire need of bodies but you could upgrade literally anywhere. I don't see anywhere that is "no way could we do better".

I'm not real concerned about WR but I agree you take Hornsby if you can get him. My guess is he still has his heart set on QB and with Sims committing and assuming CT is staying there's probably better opportunities out there.

Would be nice to have someone to take the top off but I'm assuming Victor Jones, Bonner, Tommi, or one of the freshman will fill that role. Some solid receivers otherwise.
