Here is what I was able to put together today for the known additions, transfers in and out, people staying and who left. Our number is 97. I know some have mentioned that it's possible a few dudes who signed are actually NIL walk-ons. We can adjust that later. Also, some positions are just guesses as we know that they can change. Example: OL

Ruggeroli, Taylor, Koch are supposedly on some kind walk-on/NIL deal.

FWIW, HOL includes Ruggeroli, Koch Evan Taylor on their "walk-ons and NIL commits" list.

Actually, 97 (and actually 94 with the walk-ons removed) is not that bad. Weren't we at 105 at some point last year?
Of course, I know a few more additions might still be made from the portal.
Looking at that depth chart, I gotta think an ILB transfer is something they would look at for depth. Right now who are the starters? Bullock and Gbaylor?

Javin Wright, the No. 2 tackler on our team this year, is still on the team. Amazing how people forget about him. (And I realize part of it is he's listed at OLB above, but he ended up at ILB this year.)

With three experienced guys back at ILB, and others who could play there (Sherman, Borders), I think a lot of people are more worried about ILB than they should be.

IMO, I think we still try to find starters at ILB and RB through the portal this off-season.

Okay who are the prime candidates for the chopping block? Rahmir and IGC stand out on offense. Collier on defense?
