He will immediately flip, say the coaching staff was in chaos / disorganized / he saw this coming a mile away and then in a few months immediately praise all of the changes his successor makes while saying he knew this would happen all along - he just couldn’t share the confidential details he’d been receiving.

Dean has done this dance before - compare his posts on Riley mid-tenure to post-tenure - same with Bo

Absolutely. Nobody has better hindsight than Sean Callahan.
One thing I appreciate about Maths is that the dude gives what he thinks is an honest assessment. He certainly has his warts, but he isn't afraid to point out the glaring flaws when he sees them.
