When Zach Smith spread the Deion rumor he said one important thing I thought. He said he was 98.5 percent sure Deion was going to Nebraska. He said he left the 1.5 percent off because shit can easily go sideways in negotiations even when both parties are very close to a deal. Maybe that’s what happened with Rhule if he doesn’t end up being the guy.
