The same thing was said when the NCAA changed the clock to run when spotted when previous play was out of bounds.

That was in place in the NFL at the time, though. This would be completely new and completely absurd.

Cockeye & Ferentz would love this. They already love to have 10 minute drives if it limits the game’s possessions with their inept offense & now the clock also runs even if a team is passing non-stop
