You will have zero pain until that block begins to wear off. Be sure you stay ahead of everything and take the pain meds when you're supposed to. I'm proof that you cannot catch up if you don't. When that block wears off...Look the F*ck out!!!

Damn! 8-12 months, that sucks huge cocks. I had a specialist in the area do it. Sounds like all went well. It was a full tear, but not huge. Can’t wait to get started on therapy.
