I guess I didn’t realize Colorado fans were ok with their entire identity being Deion.
I was wondering about this. I know we’d have a split on it. Some portion (probably the one I would have been in) would have made excuses for why this is the only way and the others are upset about it. Having the luxury of not having to choose a side, it’s pretty cringe worthy.Just got sucked into a Deion rabbit hole on Twitter.

i was minus 2 or 3Out of nowhere? He played on the team that beat us in the '88 Fiesta Bowl, this hatred should have been simmering for decades!

Very interesting match-up from a philosophical perspective - I hope we force them into submission.Rhule’s line of “no celebrity coaches here” was a shot at prime. Kinda pumped we get to play them next year.
I laughed when I saw this tweetThey’re in such shite shape they hired a fuckin sideshow as their head coach because they are so desperate.
It’s gonna be so fun watching his son prove week to week that he’s not a P5 QB and Deion dig his heels in. It’ll remind Colorado fans of Dan and Cody Hawkins.

Has an awkward throwing motion too. Takes forever for the ball to come outVelo on his throws is… lacking.
I don't think they played anyone to beat. I haven't seen the kid play at all so no idea how he's going to be against real competition. We'll see.Has Jackson St beat anyone good in the time Sanders has been there? It seems like each year they get to this bowl game and wind up losing. I know we've seen guys jump from 1-AA to D1 and have success, but it seems like Shadeur and Deion are in for a rude awakening when the talent level ramps up.
Thank you for using the correct "1-AA" terminology instead of that new "FCS" PC nonsense.Has Jackson St beat anyone good in the time Sanders has been there? I'm intrigued to see what Prime does there. Deion has the shwag that some recruits will be attracted to. I am not doubting that he will attract talent but my question is will it be "Me First" talent or "Team First" talent? Even with talent the only way I see it working is if he hires strong OC's & DC's who he lets run the show. Go full on Herm Edwards and be the CEO type letting the more qualified coaches run things.Thank you for using the correct "1-AA" terminology instead of that new "FCS" PC nonsense.
I agree - he's got some talent & has done well against very overmatched competition... but the margin of error shrinks significantly at the P5 level, and the CU roster isn't going to let him just play backyard football.
you think that was funny? sumbitch i outta whale away on you. But I won’t bc you are the #1 Husker dad 😘😘😘The Colorado Deionalos….
