**EDIT** I think I replied to the wrong post - ha ha. My point still stands that someone heard Ed say he was the Special Teams Coordinator.

That was me. And from the sounds of the press conference, the role Rhule is hiring for isn't a ST coordinator. It sounds more like Phil Snow will be, with help from whoever they hire. Also...I still think Special Ed will be on the staff.

Not making sure they had the players necessary to not be next to last on STs during the season. He was making $500k. Someone has to be held accountable for that.

He’s earned it by merit based on his on-field performance, obviously. He’s definitely not a DEI roster spot.

I think instead of having 95-105 be marginally more talents guys who will never see the fields and are average teammates they are having the 95-105 be marginally less talented guys who will also never see the fields but are top tier locker room guys and teammates. At least that’s how I understand it

I agree that someone has to be held accountable, it was just a stupid way of shielding his friend imo. Also, Rhule is a big part of deciding who Foley can use on his special teams for personel.
